At Veluda, we believe your shopping experience should be as exceptional as our towels. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the journey.

We currently ship throughout the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to explore available options.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you're taken care of.
