30 Day Money-Back Guarantee We stand behind every Veluda product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Period Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@feelveluda.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Receive authorization our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging included.
- Ship it back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our fulfillment process.
